OUR STANDARD RENTAL AGREEMENT

MKK Car Rental rents the vehicle to the Client subject to the rules and conditions laid down in this agreement.

1. The vehicle is the property of MKK Car Rental N.V. This agreement is intended for rent exclusively. The Client will return the vehicle to the location where it was rented, on the date and at the time agreed upon in the agreement, or earlier, if MKK Car Rental N.V., should so decide. MKK Car Rental N.V. may discontinue this agreement and demand return of the vehicle.

2. The Client will be responsible for the vehicle being kept locked at any time when the vehicle is not in use, and will make use of the anti-robbery device.

3. Before the key of the vehicle is handed to the Client, the latter should pay a deposit of USD 500.00 or ANG 875.00 to MKK Car Rental, which amount will be refunded upon termination of this agreement, on the understanding that in case of damage to the vehicle in consequence of collision or robbery or any violation of this agreement, the Client will pay the total damage to the vehicle immediately, deducting the deposit amount.

4. The vehicle will be exclusively driven by the persons mentioned in this agreement.

5. The following uses of the vehicle will be prohibited. The vehicle must not be used: (A) TO TRANSPORT PERSONS AND CARGO AGAINST PAYMENT; (B) FOR ILLEGAL PURPOSES; (C) FOR GIVING SHOWS AND RACING; (D) IN CASE THE DRIVER IS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL, DRUGS OR ANY INTOXICANT; (E) IN CASE THE SEATING CAPACITY OR THE MAXIMUM LOAD OF THE VEHICLE IS EXCEEDED; (F) IN CASE THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN OBTAINED BY MEANS OF FRAUDULENT ACTS OR MISINTERPRETATION; (G) IF THE DRIVER IS NOT MENTIONED IN THIS AGREEMENT; (H) TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO OR INJURE A PERSON INTENTIONALLY; (I) TO PUSH OR PULL ANY OBJECT. Any prohibited use of the vehicle will constitute a breach of this agreement.

6. The Client will under no circumstances whatsoever hand the key of the vehicle to any car washer, hotel employee or any persons that are not authorized to drive the vehicle on behalf of MKK Car Rental N.V. The Client will be liable for any damage caused to the vehicle by such irresponsible conduct.

7. In case of an accident or robbery the Client should notify Road Services at 119 (for accidents) or the police (for robbery) on 911 without delay. The Client will not leave the site of the accident without first completing a police report or completing and signing a report of Curaçao Road Services. If the Client should fail to notify the police of any of the occurrences referred to above, the Client will be fully liable for all damages to the vehicle.

8. In case of theft or any accident the Client should hand all documents related with the accident or theft to MKK Car Rental N.V.

9. In case of an accident in which the vehicle is driven in violation of the rules of this agreement or in case the driver is under the influence of drugs or intoxicants or hallucinogenic substances, the Client will be fully liable for the vehicle in its entirety or the damage to the vehicle.

10. Flat tires, gasoline and lost license plates will be for the account of the Client.

11. The Client will not park the vehicle in places where it is prohibited to do so, and will observe traffic rules in force. The Client will be liable for any fine imposed on account of violation of traffic rules.

12. The Client will pay an additional charge if the vehicle is returned in a dirty state.

13. The Client will have to pay an additional charge of Naf. 10,= for each additional hour he keeps the vehicle in his possession. After four hours a full day is charged for.

14. The Client will not hand over the vehicle to any person that is not an employee of MKK Car Rental N.V. In case of failure to observe this rule the Client will be liable for any damage to the vehicle.

15. In case of driving unpaved and/or sandy roads, all risks and cost of towing, cleaning, etc. will be for own account. Driving in the CHRISTOFFEL PARK and visiting the MAMBO BEACH is at your own risk. The insurance will not cover any damage or theft and your fully responsible for whatever damage.

16. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Curaçao.

17. Differences with respect to this agreement will be presented to a judge established in Curaçao.
